MICGA CALL TO ACTION!

On Wednesday, December 9, 2009, the Michigan House Committee on Regulatory Affairs is scheduled to consider House Bill 5121. Rep. Haugh, the sponsor of this legislation, will be introducing a Substitute version of this bill at this meeting. The MiCGA would like your help calling legislators TODAY, a day before the bill is taken up in committee, to voice your support.

You can find the language of the Substitute on the members-only section of our website. A summary of the Substitute is located on the Advocacy page of www.micga.org

Below is a list of legislators who serve on this committee. Please take a moment to consider calling any of the legislators below with whom you are acquainted. If your organization services any of the districts they represent, you should consider calling too. We would like you to contact the members of this committee today to indicate your support of the substitute being offered by Rep. Haugh in the House Committee on Regulatory Affairs tomorrow.
